My account has been suspended

My account has been suspended. The reason looks like a Malware problem. I had that problem in other web and I believe I know how to fix it, but I need open my FTP to do it and I can't.

I do not have the authority to unsuspend your account. The suspension was a manual one, though if it wasn't intentional(the Malware) we could see about cleaning your account. I would like to get a response from the staff that suspended you.
