My account is closed. How can I return php-files of my site ?
whether they have a mailbox in order to write to them?

You are suspended because of inactivty...

Go to http://x10hosting.com/panel.php Login with forums username and password Then Click on view Suspension Report on Right Sidebar. There you can unsuspend your account manually

Remember You have to login here (On forums) once every 31 days to avoid suspension for inactivity. cpanel or account panel Login does not counted.

You need to login to forums(here) atleast every 31 days to avoid inactivity suspension.

Login into Account panel or Cpanel doesn't count as activity. Only forum login counted toward activity.
