my account is dead... what is going on?

I was suspended for inactivity, and that was because my internet was temporarily disabled, now the server won't let me unsuspend it, and it seems to be gone entirely... Can you please redeploy my site, and get it working again please? I'm also unsure how to change my cpanel password as I can't remember the old one, nor can I find it in my emails....... Please help me..... my gaming community is lost atm

An Account Manager will have to restore your account.
Since there are so many requests and so few AM's, this might take a day or so.
Please do not bump this thread since they work from 'oldest to newest' and you will just succeed in moving your request to the end of the queue.
