My account is deleted?

I'm unable to log into cpanel, my login no longer works in the x10 homepage, and my website shows the default cpanel page. Have I done something wrong or has my account been lost?

Please open a support ticket at http://support.x10hosting.com (Login with your Forum details), we can then check if your account has been deleted. (Please include your cPanel username when writing the ticket).

if u didn't commit any violation submit a support ticket to the stuffs..

The other day, CPanel was locking me out; and after some very slow refreshes, it eventually (still slowly) worked again.
