HI support,

I was just wondeirng if you could help me out. I havent logged in for a while and noticed that my content is missing, I know its a free account but I had paid for ad free back in april I believe, and just wondered what happened to it. My other account is still good, but this one seems to have disappeared..

What do you mean by paid for ad free

Another account is ok but this seams to be gone

Do you have two accounts?

One per account is allowed. Untill unless you are paid customer. Paid customers can have the free account along with the paid hosting.
