Did you keep to the tos, by logging into the forums at least once every two weeks?

This section is the unoffical support area from member to member. You need to make a ticket in the official area - http://support.x10hosting.com/. There is no hosting account connected to your forum account so I wouldn't hold out much hope. What they would probably tell you to do is re-sign up unfortunately.
