I understand that the issue is lack of activity. I did not realize that when I logged into the control panel using the forum id and password that I was not technically logging to the forum. Your user id and password is a bit confusing having two different ones and as the main one appears to be the forum id I have made the noted mistake. Currently I have requested unsuspension of the account, but it appears to have dropped from the queue and displays a status of unknown. What do I need to do to reactivate the account. I now understand that I must actually visit the forums and not just log in utilizing the forum id and password.

That is encouraging, but my concern is that as the status went from queue to unknown and there have been multiple suspensions that there may be some form of account review process. The previous times this has happened the account was unlocked almost immediately. Thanks for the response and information.
