Yea I have no idea, I have done nothing. All i do is sign into the cpanel so I stay active, I haven't done anything, all it says is "frequent abuse" with no way of getting the suspension lifted. Is there more to this reason? So far, it sounds like you might either be using an IP or an ISP that had been blacklisted due to abuse (what other users did).
Yes you are right, it is just blocking and not letting me in. On my ISP i have not done anything malicious, how do I fix this problem or would you assign me another ISP?Does it actually say that your account was suspended or closed, or is it just refusing to let you in? IP blocks are not the same as account suspensions, and are often because you're using an ISP, mobile provider or public access point that has assigned you a public IP address that has been used by somebody else to do antisocial stuff recently. If the page doesn't tell you that your account has been suspended or closed, it's just an IP block.
I am currently on my college campus and it allows me to access my cpanel and such, so you're right. I will reset my router at home and see if I can also get it to work there, thanks! You can try a different connection. Sometimes just rebooting your modem/router will get you a new IP address; that depends on your service provider.
It should be done without saying. The ToS even says that backups will not be provided if the account were to be suspended. To all free hosting users: If you care strongly about your sites you will make frequent offline backups!
There really is no excuse not to, anything can happen to the server you are hosted on and you can't hold x10hosting responsible for the loss of files (It has happened to me before and I've learnt from this)
There is a backup option in the cPanel that you can use to do this
