My Account is suspended

Hi,
my account belkis.co.cc is suspended because of the language violation. My site is in Turkish. I'll be if you can unsuspend my account.
If it is impossible,
I can't log in to cPanel, so I can't take backup of my site. Please, open my account to backup my site, or send me the back up of my site.

As of December 1st (and there was an announcement about it), Unsupported Language was moved to the Zero Tolerance rules.

Under Zero Tolerance, your account will remain suspended, and your access to it has been blocked completely, which also means you cannot get a backup of the files.


Edit: And on closer inspection it's also been updated in the TOS to reflect the change.

Since No mail notification came to me about this rule, I did not backup my files and close my account. So if I can't get my files, I 'll have to do everything for same site from the beginning and it takes minimum 3 days. Please, if I can't access my account, send me the backup of file. If you don't, I'll be very angry.

Also, your join date is 6 days after the change as announced; if memory serves it was already -in- the TOS that it would be a permanent suspension at that time.

So while it -was- a change, your forum account would indicate you were here -after- the change already took place.

EDIT: Oh yeah, forgot one more thing. There's -always- been a rule that it has to have a translation to English, Spanish, or French. The December 1st change is that automated translations provided by services such as Google Translate are no longer allowed as they do not translate all documents 100%, which makes it impossible to verify if a site is abiding by the TOS or not.

You're right, I miss the announcement. It was my mistake.:dunno:
I apologize for this. However, I had created this site for my new born baby Elif Belkıs. There was many things in the site about my daughter like comments from our relatives vs. I can make English version of my site if you make my account active. I need the data of this site. Please, give me a chance to backup my site or to create English version, or to transfer another host.
