I can't see your suspension reason, but someone else said it was unsupported language.
If this is true then your out of luck. x10 has a 0 tollernce policy on unsupported languages. Your account will be deleted soon.

You accepted the TOS when you first made your account, and the TOS states that all sites must be in English, French, or Spanish.
