my account is suspended

my account is suspended, what can I do? I tried but going to the forum, sending an unsuspend request. My status is shown as Unsuspended but when I try to go to my home page it tells me that it's suspended... Please help me!

It's a bug in cPanel - I'm going to escalate this thread so that staff can fix it.

EDIT: It seems that escalate is broken. I am pointing staff to this thread and they will fix it for you.

Thank you so much, my account is unsuspended now but I still can't login into cPanel or ftp into it. It keeps showing "Login Attempt Failed!"
