Hi
I unsuspended you but..you might be knowing that you have been suspended for inactivity. It is a requirement that you login to the x10hosting forums (www.x10hosting.com/forums) once every month to keep your account active; posting is never required. This is an automatic suspension, you're able to unsuspend yourself immediately from your control panel.
And after suspension if a month is passed without unsuspension, you could have lost the hosting and files permanently.
Kindly take care of the same.
Generally support team will assume that you know how to unsuspend from inactivity suspensions.Its from your main contol panel
