I could not login to my account as I was in holidays, when I came back home I got this error

Unfortunately we were not able to find your hosting account.
Your account may have been:
  • Removed for inactivity; or
  • Suspended and removed for a Terms violation; or
  • Requested to be deleted.

I really want to run that website again. I made all articles there. Is thery any chance to reactivate this account?

Thank you

No, if your account was terminated, it is gone (along with all of the files). But it takes 51 days for an account to be terminated for inactivity (30 days after the last login to be suspended — something you can correct simply by logging in to your account portal — then a further 21 days with no login for the suspended account to be terminated), and you don't need to do anything in that time other than log in to the account portal, which takes less than a minute and can be done from a phone if necessary. And the terms of service tell you that backups are your responsibility. (x10Hosting does maintain backups, but they're for full-server disaster recovery, not for individual accounts.)

Free Hosting space is at a premium, and the host simply can't afford to maintain abandoned accounts and still offer Free Hosting services. Logging in is how you tell x10Hosting that you want to keep your account running; it's "paying your bill", so to speak. And if it's actually going to be impossible or impractical to log in for an extended period of time, there is a low-cost Prime Membership option to indicate that you're interested in maintaining the account.
