My account keeps getting suspended when i try to backup my site?

Im on my last warning now, i have a site that uses joomla and ive tried to backitup through the backend but everytime i do, it stops midway and suspends my account for using to much resources.

anyone have any solutions on how to back up my site??!?!

You can backup your files through File Manager. Make a new directory, select all your files and copy them into that directory. Compress the directory and move it to your home directory (outside of public_html).
To backup databases, look at this tutorial

there's no way to do it with a component through joomla without getting suspended?

If Joomla's backup component takes too much resources, you aren't going to be able to use it hence the alternate solution.
For questions regarding Joomla's components, those should be placed under Scripts & 3rd Party Apps.

what is the resource limit of x10hosting for free hosting plan?
