My Account seems has been suspended.

I am able to login to Account Portal but it show the empty page after login. So, I cant aubmit my support ticket there.
Furthermore, I am unable to login to my cpanel and my website shows "Error establishing a database connection"

Please advise..

My Domain hosted in vox server.
