My account seems to be suspended

Hi, I just created an account and uploaded a few files in public_html, everything was working well and suddenly I could no longer access my cpanel and my webpage.
My forum account and free hosting status are active.
In the suspensions tab, I can see a red box, with suspension written on it and "no reasons provided" next to it.
I don't understand what's going on ...
Also, I created a second account, with the username jvandamme07, thinking it was going to solve my problem, but I have the same problem with it. Could you delete this second account please ?

Your Account is not suspended, When I go to your website, it require login to view this website.

But I don't understand why I can't access my cpanel.

Accessing my webpage gives me an error too.
