Your hosting account is suspended for high resource usage.
1st and 2nd resource usage suspensions can be unsuspended by yourself in account panel --> http://x10hosting.com/panel.php
3rd suspension, The staff has to do it for you.
Once you are unsuspended you have to resolve the issue.
The high resource usage can be by some plugins, scripts.
