My account still not up..

Hey well i made my account two days ago and i got email saying click following link to confirm your signup, it then said there are alot of account creations and i will be in que or something, Well my account still hasnt been created and i would like to know how much longer do i have to wait? There is currently no ETA as to when the queue will be resumed. Currently server work is going on the Stoli server. Once stoli is completed the queue will be resumed and you will be notified once your account is created.
