My account suspended again

My hosting account suspended again why I do not know last time I found due to pdf conversation from log. Now this time I got superstition twice in same time and why. If there is any high cpu usage then I will get on supention but I got two now I am unable to unsuspended it. Last time I had visitors. Now I am very much busy for a new script and I do not have any visitor right now only I check mails. Then how can It use high cpu can any one tell me please? And please unsuspend it.
