my account suspended high server usage

i got :

High server resource usage detected.
Automatic Unsuspension Set? No

To have your account unsuspended, create a thread on the forums.

my x10ccount is : opstyles


its been a few times my account get suspended because high server usage. i use wordpress and phpbb3 there.

when my account un-suspended, then i "disable" my phpbb3 or the wordpress. will i still get the high server usage?

i suspect the "chatbox" on phbb3 or on the wordpress is the one making high server usage

I unsuspended the account. Try removing applications to see what is causing the high resource usage.

now i have disabled the WP plugins and widgets, i hope this wont make high server usage again.
