You did not answer the question.

If you had links to illegal downloads of copyrighted materials -- recent movies, etc, your account will not be unsuspended. You are in violation of x10hosting's TOS and your violation falls under the Zero Tolerance Policy.

You will not be allowed back into your account to retrieve files or data.

Your account will be deleted in 10 days.

Ignorance of the conditions is not an excuse. You were presented with and agreed to the conditions when you signed up for your hosting account.
