My account suspened

MY ACCOUNT SUSPENED


when i logged to my MY ACCOUNT SUSPENED has beed suspended for Terms of service violations.

But there is some important files in my FTP. and File manager.


So i will request to unsuspended me so that i can take a backup.......

then we can talk about the issue

Which sounds like it was a manual suspension for multiple violations.

I will escalate this up so that you can talk to the Admins first.

Whether or not they unsuspend your account to allow you to make backups is up to them. After you discuss the problem.
