Game file hosting and constant running script
My site does indeed host a few gamefiles but this is directly related to the site as the site is the homepage of a gameserver. The files which I host are not copyrighted and they are just a few custom maps and materials. These will not be downloaded by clients very frequently, only now and again. I do not see this as a problem.

And as for the constant running script, I no longer require this script and am happy to remove it from the webserver.

So can someone please unsuspend my account? :bowhs:

Well, due to how specific the suspension reason I am sure the administration knows this. It falls under the no file hosting clause:

File Storage:
Accounts are not to be used for file storage, your account will be permenantly suspended if found to be breaking this rule. Downloads are only allowed on your x10Hosting account if they have to do directly with your website. e.g. you developed custom software and are selling it or giving it away. Accounts may not be used for mirrors, game file hosting, or any other type of file hosting not specified here.

While the material there is yours, and therefor not copyright infringement, you have basically hosted game files, which is against the rules. It also falls under this clause.

Personal account holders are not permitted to resell, store or give away web-hosting services of their website to other parties.

Sorry, but for the nature of your suspension it does not look like it will be unsuspended.

It says that the downloads are allowed if they have to do directly with your website, which it does. The webpage host a few custom maps and resources which can be downloaded by clients if they are wanting to play on my server. I made this website for people to learn more about my gameserver and decide whether or not to play on it. The custom game material hosted on the site is required for them to play.

I am not giving away web-hosting services of my website to other parties. I own every part of my gameserver.
