My account suspention!

My account has been suspended because i uploaded a shoutbox on my website! i didnt know i wasnt allowed to have shout box--- please unsuspend my account i will completely remove the shoutbox. i wont upload any shoutbox file --- please unsuspendd dmy account. it was a smoothly running rpg game. i was trying to get poeple to donate so i have enough money to upgrade to premium hosting-

It's been in the TOS for several months; we cannot remove the suspension.


Edit: Doesn't help that you just said on IRC that your friend set it up and gave it to you and you never read the TOS. This is still a zero tolerance suspension we can't remove.
