My account was made but it doesn't exist

I just made a hosting account today and when ever I try to log-in it says that my username doesn't exist when I type it exactly how I got it in the e-mail.

My username is biscuit5

Where are you trying to login to?
You have two usernames, one for the Forums and the AMP (Ch1ckenSniper) and one for cPanel (biscuit5).
