My Account was not copied correctly to chopin. Website acces failed!

Dear Sir and Madam,
I have following problem and waiting for help since 2 weeks:
1. After this whole server-movements I got this Default Page Error
2. In Cpanel parked and addon domains are not displayed correctly.
3. My database/webspace/filebase on acces with the ftp-account or filemanager, I can see that the whole content was deleted or not restored correctly.

Please help me to solve this problem. It's slowly becoming very urgent.

Hello,

Sorry for Delay, The time frame to request restore of your account is gone now. We wiped all old backups, It means all your data is lost now. If you have a local back you can restore it.

If there is any more problem, please post.

I was never informed about a restore request. And the server were in maintenance for more than one month, because of this fris and cpanel story.

I just have a backup which is 2 month old, because as I said the server were unaviable at that time when I wanted to make a local backup.

So I can't see my domain in cpanel yet and getting the default page the whole time.

Sorry, you lost your data.As far as information about request restore is concerned, everybody was given information using news and announcement section of the forum, which is also viewable in http://x10hosting.com/control.

But Can't you help me with my Domain-Problem? My Add-On Domain isn't displayed in CPanel.
But it sais that it already exists when I trie to add it.
