My account was removed?

Pretty much sums up the issue. I haven't logged in for i'd say 2 months. I realized the account gets suspended (you used to be able to unsuspend it though). I made sure everything complied with the ToS, so I can't see an issue there. My last backup was taken before user registrations actually happened. I'm hoping there is some way to get this data back. I've used this host for numerous years for numerous projects and have had no problem whatsoever with it. I'll be really bummed if this would be my first. Hell I even had a banner for x10 since I loved the service so much..

Once an account is suspended for 14 days, it is automatically terminated (e.g. deleted from the servers). Since it's been 2 months, I can pretty much guarantee that is what happened to you (you'd have been suspended after 1 month for not logging in, then the termination happened 14 days after that).

Unfortunately, there is no way to recover a terminated account; you are free however to create a new account and upload your most recent backup that you have taken (if you don't have any backups then unfortunately all of your data is gone -- let this serve as a lesson to take backups more frequently in the future, both at x10 and anywhere else you have important information being stored).

If you choose to create a new account, the inactivity timer/login requirement can be removed if you upgrade to one of our paid plans (such as Prime or Illuminated).
