My account was suspended and I don't understand why

Last December my account was temporarily suspended and I figured out that it was because I had tried to copy my existing WordPress database over to a new one I installed via Softaculous as I was switching formats. It was restored with no problem and I abandoned the switch. (For the record I had no idea the resource load would've been significant or I wouldn't have tried.) However I just logged in to find it suspended again for overusing system resources and I can't figure out why. Was my account hacked? All I did last night was upload photos to a Zenphoto gallery and test an event calendar plugin for WordPress, which I deleted as it was not what I was looking for. Could any of these be the reason for suspension?

I unsuspended you.
If your website revived a spike in traffic it could have caused a suspension.
If it just happens once i would not worry about it if you haven't changed anything.
