Hi

My account and website appear to have been deleted. I thought I had been following the rules but would appreciate to know why so I don't fall foul again. I've had the account less than a week and was in the process of building the site so it can't be inactivity. The website was to be the online presence of our little freeware software group.

username: tashsoft

Thanks

Trying to access cPanel brings up Login Attempt Failed! and when trying to view my website it says Domain Available. I've checked the servers (I believe I'm on Lotus) and everything seems okay.

Cheers

Your website does exist and works fine for me.
Clear your cache & temporary files, make a flush of your DNS and try to access it again.

Flush your dns cache and clear your browsers cache.

Flushing DNS Cache
XP And Below:
1.) Go to start->run.
2.) Type in "cmd" without the quotes.
3.) At the command prompt type "ipconfig /flushdns" again without quotes.

Vista:
1.) Click on start->All Programs->Accessories
2.) Right click on the command prompt and pick run as administrator.
3.) At the command prompt type "ipconfig /flushdns" no quotes.

Linux:
1.) Open a root terminal or use sudo (in ubuntu or similar systems) with the following command:
- "/etc/rc.d/init.d/nscd restart" (without quotes)

Mac OSX Leopard:
1.) Use the following command in a terminal window:
- "dnscacheutil -flushcache" (without quotes)

Mac OSX 10.5.1 and before:
1.) Use the following command in a terminal window:
- "lookupd -flushcache" (without quotes)

I've cleared all the caches (Firefox and IE7) and flushed the DNS. Still no luck. I've tried temporarily turning off the firewall. I've even rebooted the machine! Very odd.
Edit:
Ah... it appears I may be at fault. Though I'm not sure. I had previously been successfully using tashsoft.pcriot.com to access the site and tashsoft.pcriot.com:2082 to access cPanel.

Now it seems I have to use www.tashsoft.pcriot.com and www.tashsoft.pcriot.com:2082. I apologise if I should have been doing this all along.

Anyway, it seems like I am up and running again so many thanks for the help and prompt replies.

You'll be able to use tashsoft.pcriot.com too, just give it some time for DNS to update for yourself.
Feel free to re-open this thread if you need further assistance.
