Hi There,

My account will not allow me to log in. There was an error in the initial set up as I had put http:// in front of my at .co.cc subdomain as it kept coming up with errors. I have changed this and re-registered the site, which is hailey-wood-sawmill, but it said that the subdomain could only consist of lettters and numbers.

I would appreciate if you could see if it possible for you to host the site http://hailey-wood-sawmill.co.cc.

Many thanks,

Doug Tracey

Firstly, you'll need to set the domain's nameservers to x10's-but even then, I don't think x10 allow hypens in domain names at registration-but I'm not sure, so don't take that as law.

You could try again....

The nameservers are

ns1.x10hosting.com
ns2.x10hosting.com

Hope this helps :)

EDIT: Okay, seriosuly. There's nothing wrong with this, so whoever keeps marking my posts as bad, please stop.

You will have to go to http://co.cc and register that username first; just inserting it into your x10Hosting account panel will not automatically enable the account. When signing up, choose the DNS option and use the nameservers mentioned above.

I don't think x10 allow hypens in domain names at registration.

This is not correct.
