Dear X10Hosting,

I do understand why my account was suspended. I do apologize. I know what I did was wrong and I know there are consequences for every action we do. I hope you understand were I am coming from when I say we all make mistakes. I'm not saying just un-suspend my account, I am asking. I do know that you guys have to deal with people abusing your services everyday. I am truly sorry for my actions. If you give me one more chance I promise not to do anything against the terms.

I am sorry, there is a zero tolerance policy. Staff could not unsuspend you unless you can prove that you were not committing said offense.

Because of united states law, it's actually illegal for x10 to allow you to obtain backups from them - that'd fall under distributing content that violates US law, which isn't legal.

It's also stated in the TOS that you're required to do your own backups, so you should have had a backup already.

Won't happen, for the same reason I already stated in my previous post. This is a ZERO TOLERANCE suspension so you've been suspended permanently.

Nothing odd about it - x10 gets enough phishing/warez/nulled scripts/proxy uploads that they've implemented software equivalent to a real-time virus scanner, but for phishing sites, warez/nulled scripts, proxies, etc. It gets suspended instantly upon being caught, to help avoid problems such as x10 being blacklisted as an email server, or blacklisted for malware distribution.

Honestly it also makes the review staff's job easier - most of the suspensions now are automatically caught, shy of Unsupported Language, meaning they spend more time helping users than having to sift through the dozens of accounts to find the ones breaking TOS.

Please stop begging. Livewire has better things to do with his life than to repeat himself three times.

As far as we're concerned, this problem is resolved, with the resolution being that we're abiding by United States law and keeping your account suspended. I'm going to close this ticket now, as there's nothing else that can be done about this matter.
