Zero Tolerance Policy
If your Account is suspended for a reason that is listed in zero-tolerance policy then your account will not be unsuspended. It will be terminated after 10 days and you will not get your data back.
The list of suspensions that are included in zero-tolerance policy.
* Nulled scripts
* Warez
* Copyright Infringement
* Phishing sites
* Severe misuse of server resources (Proxies, Rapidleech, TorrentFlux, etc.)
* Malware and all other malicious files
* Pornographic material, erotic images, and all other adult content
* Unsupported language (any language except English, Spanish, & French without a translation)
If you believe you have been wrongly suspended, please create a support ticket to submit an appeal.
Security Tips:
Change your password on a regular basis and create passwords that are at least 8 characters in length and contain a mixture of upper / lower case letters and numbers. Never reveal your password to anybody. Scan your computer frequently for keyloggers and other malware / spyware. Never leave your computer unattended even for a minute without logging out.
