Hi guys if I signed up for this free hosting which is cool but I dont know what my web address is and where I go to load my files. can anyone help me out please.

I went there and it says "The hosting username you specified does not exist" and I got an email when I click that it says "An account already exists in the signup queue with the username specified."
Do I have to wait for something

Yes, you need to wait for a second email that says your hosting account has been created and it will include all login details. YOur account is still not up yet. I am not sure if they have lifted the hold on ad-enhanced accounts, so if you signed up for one, open a support ticket and ask if they have.
