There is http://gimp.org with is a free image editor. I don't think there are any online image editor apps.

I love the work mate. I love playing wc3. Those are amazing sigs. I wish I knew fireworks. I know alot of adobe products but that just isnt one of em.

It actually is now. Adobe bought Macromedia lol! And if anything if you can use PS:CS3 then you sure as hell can use FW.
