My Blog is down for last 4 days. Database Error

Error establishing a database connection​

Its been 4 days em facing this error. When it will get fixed? I heard that x10hosting is currently upgrading its mysql. When will this upgrade be completed? Em on Lotus server. I have even changed DB_HOST to localhost in config.php but still this problem persists.

But one thing is making me confuse that, www.wallpapers-zone.co.cc is also hosted on the same server i.e., lotus, but i am not facing any error in its database?

Can any one help?
