Hi,
Just some small suggestions:

• The images (in the Flash banner) are changed too fast.
• If you select an element from the menu on the left the new opened menu is behind the Flash (I use FireFox 3)

Try making the flash banner stay displayed more time, is changing to quick and it can`t be readed.

As others said your flash is animating too fast.
Well i like other parts of your site,it looks professional. Do you have any pop-up enabled? My pop-up blocker blocked it

I agree with everyone else - looks very professional except that certain elements aren't correctly layered.

It looks like it was a Live Chat window that automatically pops up right away. Maybe you could make it manual instead, so people only see it if they click on a "Chat Live Now!" button or something similar?

Yes it is far better option rather to permanently remove the chat option as i get several comments on it but i cannot do it, anyways thanks for suggesting a wonderful idea.
