my count is suspend

Hello, my count has been suspended for inactivity; this because i have have working in my site in my pc for next upload the site to x10hosting, i have experimented some problems with my php scripts and for this reasons my activity is so low.
I tried to unsuspend my count but the status is uknown. in others times the unlook was automatically.
excuseme by my english but I speak spanish.

Just for information, there's a Spanish section for support as well.

During upgrades of cPanel it the execution of commands, such as unsuspending, were temporarily halted. It may take some time for the queued commands to catch up, which is why it does take a bit longer time to get unsuspended at the moment.

Puedes desuspender tu cuenta por ti mismo desde tu panel de hosting o desde el Cpanel

Recuerda conectarte a los foros de x10 al menos una vez cada 2 semanas para evitar volver ser suspendido por inactividad. (Escribir es opcional).
