I have tried to create an account but I get this:
Sorry, x10Hosting is not currently accepting signups from your country (RO) as a result of high levels of abusive requests.

Please try back later.

I am a honest romanian (RO) and I have never hacked a site or a server and I am all against doing such a thing.
I am trying to open a small business and to test the functionality of the site before moving to a paid hosting.

I find that the hosting you provide is best suited for my plans and I would really appreciate if you could allow me to open an account on your hosting

You should be able to get an account. You will have to wait for an admin to come along, and manually create an account for you.
