my cpanel is not loading

I just signed up for x10hosting. Whenever i try to click open cPanel it takes my to this link https://xo2.x10hosting.com:2083/login/ tell me webpage not available

Hi,

Please could you ensure there are no firewalls, proxies or VPNs in place that could be blocking port 2083? Many workplaces and schools tend to do this.
