My Cpanel is not working in proxy

My Cpanel can not be opened directly (without the port 2083 or 2082)
but my proxy is not supporting to open through these ports
so please help me to open my cpanel directly

I'm too having this problem. All was well before I changed my main domain. Before changing the main domain cpanel.<maindomain> worked fine.

Try http://chopin.x10hosting.com/cpanel

It doesn't help. It is redirected to http://chopin.x10hosting.com:2082/ which is blocked.

My support request was closed unanswered.
