My cPanel is not working. Should it be working at this point? Thank you.

Are you able to load the cPanel login page or will it not load at all?

BTW, I'm using IE 8 browser. A page loads, but the cPanel and Email buttons don't show up.

There is some problem with IE8, Admins will fix it soon.

It looks like you're in the Account Panel. You can access your cPanel through http://rbushlow.x10hosting.com:2082 or at http://chopinnew.x10hosting.com:2082. If the cPanel/Email buttons don't work, try another browser as Zubair suggested or use these links to access directly.
