My Cpanel temporarily suspended ?

I tried to login on my cpanel to create a new subdomain for a new site i will be creating and i get this message?

The filesystem mounted at /home/gtarp on this server is running out of disk space. cPanel operations have been temporarily suspended to prevent something bad from happening. Please ask your system admin to remove any files not in use on that partition.

I managed to login two minutes before hand, and when I deleted an unused subdomain, it took a while to load and then this message had came up.

Does this mean I have too much on the server, or just a temporary error.
If I remember correctly out of the 2500mb I have I only use about 200mb or so? :dunno:

any ideas?
