my dababases were deleted

i had created a database and i just had finished the site .... but my database was deleted... i cant find the database now it says
There are no databases associated with your account.
what has hapened.. please i need an explonation :S:S i had just finished my site and i had daone a lot of work.. please i need some help

Until they say otherwise, don't worry too much about lost data - the last few times this has happened, the server just can't communicate with the mysql server which has all the data, so starka ends up reporting "I don't have any databases" when really it's "I can't see if you actually -have- any because I can't talk to the mysql server, so I'm going to assume you have none."
