My data is missing from file manger

Hi

I have just logged into my control panel and then my file manager and all mysites but 2 have disapeared? Please can you explain why as i have spent an age uploading my data and i have indexed and googled all my site and sitemaps etc please recover them back to 10am uk time.

Please dont tell me i have lost them i will not be happy at all i havedone nothing other than upload my content?

As above i have been uploading since friday and then i logged in this morning to add a few more sites etc and and all but 4 folder remain i need them back?

No i dont have backups for all of them as my external hard has bust and i need answers not questions?

Can i get a backup of the server? y/n
