my database is still down

Although the support site says that Choppin is back up and running, my website still gives me a database error.

I am unsure whether my site was accidentally missed, or if I'm just having an unrelated issue. I've tried clearing my cookies and cache. I even cleared my DNS cache to check, but it is still down. I even got on godaddy to make sure it wasn't a problem with my domain name.

I don't mean to be bothersome but I just wanted to let you all know I was still having a problem!

Are the settings of the database host listed as "localhost"?

Can you get us the actual error that is occurring? Just a message saying there is a problem is not very helpful.

What program are you using on your site that needs the database connection?

I am using wordpress. The error is "Error establishing a database connection"
