Hi Dear administrator

My account was suspended for inactivity yesterday . According to your suggestion , I have unsuspended myself . But I just found that my "Disk Space Used: 0m of 0m" . It should be 1024mb disk space for my account.

Please help to check this issue . Of course, I am not sure if it will take some time to back to the normal status for my account. I will check my account information after few hours.

Thanks a lot.

Chenfang

You may see my account information, It says

"your account is currently in good standing"
...
Disk Space -0M allotted
Bandwidth -10240M allotted
...

You see, the disk space was 0M allotted.

Log on to cPanel and see what it says there. There have been issues in the past with the Account Panel not having correct information.

Also, does your site normally redirect to Google?

Yes, My site currently is redirected to google and it's what I really wanted.
My account seems good since I have normally uploaded some files.

Hopefully it's just a display error.
