Resolved My DNS was just restored, but . . .

I don't believe that is possible. If using the old server, then the file and database modifications, additions, deletions, etc. would go to a server that has been decommissioned. An admin would have to review this and see what options are available. I've flagged this case for admin review.

We packaged all the accounts up before taking the old servers offline as a precaution, so I can absolutely use that to "re-transfer" your account.

This means the current DirectAdmin account will be removed and replaced with the one restored from our backup, I assume you didn't make any changes after the DNS was sorted?

That's right. It would be fine to replace with the one restored from your backup.
