My domain can't change!! PLEASE HELP!

I try to change my domain to Gavicoind.com , but I always get an error, it says

Did you used this domain somewhere else. Like did you parked it. or added as addon domain or used on any other account. Then remove there and try again.

I tried to set it up as the main domain for another account but it failed. Every time I try to set up a new domain I always get an error.
