my domain doesn't work

im having a problem with my domain, i really dont know why does this happen and i have never seen it before, when i try to acces my domain it just shows this page: http://external-neohotel.x10.mx/cgi-sys/defaultwebpage.cgi

I dont know how to fix it and that's why i am asking you for help. thanks
