Something is redirecting infinitely. If you have a file named .htaccess in your public_html folder, temporarily rename it to something else. If this solves your problem, you should contact the author of your software to find out more information or post the contents here. If that doesn't fix it, the software you are using could be functioning incorrectly and you would again have to contact the author.
